Updated the jSilvestri.com 2022 web application, with a couple odd-ball bug fixes, added new 2022 content, and more.

When a user is logged in, we ensure they have a logout option available in the top menus. If the user is not logged in, then they see a way to Login. I have sinced added the same support to our footer menus, for both, pages with big and small footers.

Updated the jSilvestri.com web application navigational super structure, by creating several page menus with bread crumb menus of directly related resources. This will surely make finding things a lot easier.
